We are in the sewing manufacturing business on a contract level with various companies. Our specialties are geared to high end production that require quality sewing and expertise. At Senco, turning your needs into finished product is our specialty.
We have a talented and dedicated staff able to create quality products, using innovative materials, hardware and construction techniques. We believe quality, customer service, and on time delivery are just as important as the product we build.
What we offer
At Senco, we specialize in production. Everything from protective cases for traveling photographers, custom cases for your sales staff, military backpacks, messengers bags, sport bags, and everything in between.
We are a premier sewing contractor for non apparel goods. In business over 18 years, our experience allows us to provide the best custom sewn products and contract sewing available.
Some of our equipment include:
Juki and Brother Industrial Sewing machines from Lightweight to Extra Heavy Duty, Single Needle, Double Needle, and Cylinder machines
Sergers, 3 or 5 thread
Bartackers, both standard and programable
Hot or Cold cut machines for Webbing and Velcro
Cutting department: Wolf cutting machines, up to 12" height
Autometrics CAD/CAM software for precision patterns and markers for efficient, and consistant materials usage
Services
As a full service production facility, we are capable of producing one product or your entire line. We also offer cutting only services to clients who retain their own sewing staff.
Our trained team of workers are dedicated to provide customer service at the top level, making sure your needs and deadlines are met with complete satisfaction.
